Change your words, change your outcome…

I am not often moved to recommend viral videos but this one says something about communication that is very true and extremely important.

Einstein’s definition of madness was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. But we do it all the time! How often have you said about someone ‘I’ve told them a million times…’?

The responsiblity for communication lies with the person communicating, so here’s a tip for 2014: if your message isn’t hitting home, don’t blame the audience for not understanding, change the way you are communicating the message…
