Wordsmith Communication puts Digital Autopsies at the top of the news agenda

Wordsmith Communication secured coverage on BBC News, Sky News, Al Jazeera, BBC Radio 4 Today programme, The Guardian, ITV News and many others for the launch of the World’s first Digital Autopsy Facility Network at the Sheffield Medico-Legal Centre.

There was also coverage in the specialist media and as far afield as Australia. The BBC Online coverage of the story was in the Top 10 most viewed videos on the BBC website.

Representatives from client organisation iGene were interviewed throughout the day (and the previous one too) for print, online and broadcast stories and media also attended the launch with the Chief Coroner of England and Wales His Honour Judge Peter Thornton QC.

Their story was also tweeted across social media to millions of followers of popular feeds such as @skynews and @guardian and there was a huge spike in traffic to iGene’s brand new UK website, also created by Wordsmith Communication.
